About FMO
Franchise Maintenance Organization
From inception, FMO has been involved with both commercial and residential construction, remodeling and repairs. Incorporated in late 1999, FMO was originally a sole proprietorship named Metal Services Co., which had accomplished an array of work formats dating back to 1978. By virtue of previous work experience, FMO began operations with experience in metal fabrication, pipeline construction, underground utilities, bridge/dike and dam construction, building construction and a variety of repair and maintenance venues.
FMO principals and management have maintained a format of continual education and development in the construction industry to remain in compliance with new, innovative technology and construction procedures. Key personnel are constantly attending training programs that keep us competitive and informed of industry standards.
We have accomplished a wide variety of construction tasks, and take great pride in having completed many specialty and highly difficult projects. We believe that operational efficiency is one of the most important features of a service oriented contractor. We are known to be on-time and responsive to our task. We have never left a job incomplete, and we take warranty issues seriously and respond quickly when and if they arise.
We have continuing contracts for service, building construction and maintenance with government entities, as well as competing for their facilities construction contracts. We are an approved vendor for Public Storage, Motel Six, Thousand Trails Management Co. and Trimark/SS Kemp. We are a certified installer for Subzero, Wolf, Miele, Cove and several other appliance manufacturers, both commercial and residential appliances and equipment.

SAFETY FIRST
We take workplace safety very seriously, as you will see in the following pages. With no accidents recorded in the last 9 years, we enjoy possibly one the lowest overhead cost in our workman’s comp premiums that is available.
Bonding
FMO has all licenses required by government entities for the work scopes we encompass. We maintain several security bonds with various city/state agencies that allow us to pre-qualify for permits for most building construction and site work task.
We have a significant bonding capacity, which allows us to perform construction task up to 12 million dollars at this time.
